A) Sadly, 2 of your enemies have good ranks in 3vs3

B) About your problem: It happens, when the guy pressed alt+ F4 at the same time, when the game is going to connect. Guess you have a 50% Chance that the game will not start and the search begins new for the other players. The other 50% will be, that the rest randoms guys have a CPU.
