A bit of a pride post, rank 15 OKW is the biggest scalp so far in my COH2 laddering history

I think it is a pretty good game. He ends up with a vet 5 Flak HT. Some KV2 action from me. Walking Stuka, Katy, raketen blobs, JP4, SU-85 all feature

Apart from the fact that Maxim spam will set you back in the late game due to the lack of cheap infantry (leading to MP bleed) and lack of snares.

The guy is top 20 as all factions, so maxim spam is different in higher tier play due to the higher level of play.

So I take it Volk blobs, panzerwerfers, crocodiles aren't true man wins either.

You fail to mention that maxim spam also won vonivan in the tourney, so i wouldn't say its much of a set back considering the kind of lead it gives you, especially on maps with lots of buildings vs ostheer.

Yeah, maxim spam is lame. Tristan have some right but actually Soviets don't have good units to deal with buffed volks and elite infantry. I wish here, old OKW back
