The ptrs on cons is definately overperforming, it breaks essential game mechanics like using HMGs to control blobs, since it destroys complete team weapons and doesnt just decrew them.
Blobbing PTRS cons doesn't bleed much, but is on par with elite infantry due a upgrade that is supposed to provide an counter for early vehicles.
Is this intended by relic? I encountered this in two games. It greatly promotes blobbing (gj relic with that anti blob patch)
