Relic Matchmaking Bug

I was matched in a auto-match against Mister. Yoon [KR] on Feburary 17th 2015 and we experienced what seemed to be a disconnection mid game that caused us to continue to play but we weren't actually versing each other just an afk player. This was extremely odd, I received a loss even thought I had victory display on my screen and Yoon got the win. Cynthia please take a look into, thank you.

"I, Mister. Yoon [KR] prove that something went wrong with a match against Crypticz. I played as OKW against him USF. He won the match himself by destroying my base and i won the match myself by destroying his base. Simply said, there was a synchroniastions problem. We thought that we both are drunk or making fun of the others as both on own games did nothing(no unit produce, no micro etc) till the other destroyed own base. At the end, i got the victory count and he loss count. Good for me but not good for him and not good for us to have thought that each other was dumbass. Unfortunately he has replay while i don't. He'll send his own. And i'm proving that there was problem. He has said that he experienced it once before as well. Just make the match was invalid and doesn't count any win or loss."

This is a copy of my superb declaration about the match on the steam chat with Crypticz. We had long conversation as we firstly thought each other is dumbass as for example i thought he was making fun of me as i already know he isn't noob player who losses all units within 5 minutes(which happened on my screen).

It's certain that there was definately a problem with synchronisation. You'll see him destroying my base on this replay, but i, on the other hand, was destroying his base by putting 5 flaks in front of his base while he produced nothing on my screen.

It is still odd that we could still chat correctly ingame.
So, anyway, if it's possible, make this match invalid at all.
