I haven't watched the replay but is this the strategy, which you build medic first, then building jp4 and mechanized and converting to ammo, picking breakthrough doc spamming panzerfusiliers with G43 (that's why you convert to ammo, for nades and g43)?

Pretty much.
That's a great strategy specially on 2v2. I use it sometimes. But you can only use it in some certain maps, such as Minsk, Langreskaya, Moscow, or such maps with open grounds as you are JP4 dependent. Well, it also has a few big weaknesses, the people using it know them the best! ;P
