Welcome to COH2.org 
I can suggest for you to start watching some streams (displayed on the main page) and subscribe to some channels on youtube (I personally like Propagandacast).

Hi!
There's no much to say. You won a game after 20 minutes and then spend 25 minutes on destroying your opponents base. And you didn't becouse of VPs... You could just make 2 P4s rush him and kill everything.
Some tips:
You lost more units because of frost and lack of attention then enemy killed in real fight.
First half of the game you played well but I think less granades and more lmgs on grens would be better.
Your build order was good until you made first Stug. Later you floated almost 500 fuel.
Second half of the game was just bad. You played too passively, for me thats just waste of time.
Next time, if you want advice, upload rather games you lost.
And if you want L2P watch StephennJF stream or his past broadcast if you missed something.
