Shitting in your own garden is what Relic is doing by conducting balancing in this manner. Months ago I made a thread about making a open balance server. Instead, they are using their paying customer base in their production environment for testing. In industry you'd have your ass fired for conducting cowboy development this way. A open balance server would allow those who want to partake in balancing to do so rather than being forced into it.
