Okay... this is kind of a ridiculous opening and my first encounter with it in my 27 games as USA. A double Kubelwagen +sturm pio opening... There are no easy counters to this, other than micro and banking on my enemy making a mistake. I managed to scavenge enough munitions to pressure him off with bazookas early game, but he used that to his advantage and went Luftwaffe with Fallschirmjagers. Maybe getting a lieutenant and T2 instead of T3 would've been better, but i was expecting more vehicles. I used the .50 cal paradrop which helped, but has its own drawbacks in the extra MP cost.
Anyway, this opening essentially forces the U.S. into surrendering or getting the bazooka tech, while limiting resource income as the kubelwagens contain the riflemen.
I think kubels should change; perhaps getting the ability to suppress at Vet 1, or making it a toggle-able ability at Vet 1 or initially, locking down the vehicle similar to the Marder III in PE and having a short cool down, adding to the risk of being flanked.
Idk, something... it's just honestly ridiculous right now.

Making the k-wagen suppression a vet 1 ability would make it a 240MP garbage can with wheels.
I watched the replay and while the two KW's does give early game pressure, America can overcome by sitting in cover or flanking (both requiring good micro). If you're really worried about this strat in the future, just run your infantry to a fuel point and sit in a building or heavy cover until you can get a scout car.
Lastly, going bazooka was a mistake, you should've saved your fuel to rush out a scout car (which destroys KW's).

DaDokisinX, thanks. I never thought of that; I don't recall how much fuel per minute I had, but early game, 70 fuel can be quite a bit. If I didn't go zooks, he could've tried to base pin me.
Romeo, thanks for the cast! It'd be better if it was a game where I played half-decent... As I said before, this is my first time seeing a double kubel start. Also, I first realized the sturmpios are great at clearing buildings during this game and a few hours after, watching the OMGPOP v Jesulin matches on SNF. I think at 7:10 is when you give me my first positive comment (The rest are all constructive criticism, I know).
