Nice back and forth, I forgot to bring my Pak to the pin party at the cutoff. get caught utterly with my pants down by soviet light/medium armour.

Cue a desperate call for the Luftwaffe to arrive in force as my infantry is up shits creak without a paddle. Game has some nice air support usage in conjunction with infantry and a vet 3 mg42, that wrecks everything, infantry and tank kills!

That was a GG. I have a question, was that a teller that immobilized the T34 early on? That helped you out so much, whatever it is.

T-34 was down to a sliver of health and a damaged engine after a faust and some Pak shots. It then got a heavy engine crit from its own shot I believe when it killed the Scout car that was right next to it. That or the scout car did it as a passing goodbye

Don't think it made a massive difference as I was routed from the field at that point and was contemplating dropping the gg. Had no way to follow it up..at that point.. ^^

The T34 went down with the air strafe. However, that's two games that I have watched between you and I. Dane (Partisans). I'm amazed that Dane doesn't use any mortar or MG support. Especially mortars versus the blobbing and the MG. Conscripts just don't cut it once German Tier 2 kicks in.

He went T1 play with a sniper on Langre Winter, which is a proper pain to deal with as Zee Germans as it bleeds you out. So when I pushed early game, it was a lead with a sweeper pio, pack the grens in close to the halftrack, MG's behind and scout car on the flank. Only real reliable way to do it vs t1 play imo on that map as you have to strong arm it fast and early or your done for. Danes quick tanks put a timely end to that, t2 would not have

I don't think I blobbed later on, but generally speaking I do keep grens in pairs when possible for focus fire. No reason not to if no AOE or maxims.

Cons are good, better with other doctrines though and not the best map for them.
