Any tips will help i didnt play the game for 6 months just got back to the grind i am rank 10 with soviets and USF but i need help with how to counter this.

All right your Mistake was not to go for a Stuart that would have countered everything on the field + he had no counters to it at that moment so it would have smashed him. Mines and bazookas would also be a counter and you need to improve generally, i suggest you should watch other peoples replay or watch some Youtubers like Tightrope or HelpingHans or Imperial Dane...

Yes i won the game i got matched with him again with a stuart and he rage quit along with some nice toxic comments

The easiest way to counter USF is /L. It works every time and they have no counter.
