How to get a player banned?

The official way doesnt work. Relic doesnt seem to care. I send an email with every single detail they need and nothing happened.

I do not mind, that this player called me a retard, I'm fine with that. But I do mind, that this guy killed my base. But what's even worse, that he is known for this, that he did that already several times, that he always does that, if someone does not do, what he wants. And the worst part is, that I already reported this guy to you guys, like I do it now again, and this dude is still able to play. I really don't get, why people like him don't get perma banned! I can't do more, than delivering you all the evidence you need.

Thank you! So to get it right, can you do that as often, as you want and you still get only 2 week bans, or will there be a permaban, after several incidents?

Repeat offenses will scale severely, and a third infraction will always result in a permaban

No only the first time is 2 weeks. After that it gets longer and longer every time.
