Allright, I can drop a few basic tips
1. Yall need to play more (a lot of things simply come with practice)
2. You somehow manage to be both spread too thin, and yet sit in the same place, its weird.At certain point, 2 players are sitting on the centre VP, almost at the axis base sectors, meanwhile 1 sov is at the right edge of the map, trying to get the VP by himself.
You need to position yourselves on the maps better, so you can support eachother. Early in the game you should focus fuels and 1 VP, giving up a few points for fuel control early on is worth it.

Also, you should:
-find the reverse key on your keyboard and practice using it, to reverse your vehicles, especially USF guy, driving the AA halftrack forwards and turning it around before shooting is just...nope, he should drive it in reverse all the time (sounds silly, but thats COH for ya)
- 4 minutes in you have nothing but Cons, and you're floating 400mp and 70-90 fuel. 15 minutes in, your (as in your team) only source of AT is a single SU76 and a squad of partisans.
You should practice some build orders, or at least make sure that everyone get at least one source of indirect, AT nad one MG.
While this will come with practice, i saw a few engagements where Cons were fighting out of cover, when sandbags where right next to them, try and move your inf into cover whenever possible.

USF
-needs to practice his engangemets agains sturmpioneers, he nearly loses 600mp worth of units to 2 sturmpiops before the 3 min mark.
-needs to start building an ambulance, half-health units fighting full HP ones isn't a good idea.
