We’re not going anywhere

Hello fight fans! This is just a quick announcement to let you all know that the channel that was previously called “gamereplayscoh” on twitch.tv, has been renamed to “sundaynightfights”. With almost a million views, and over one thousand followers, we are proud to call ourselves the premiere channel for live broadcasts of Company of Heroes action. The same channel that you know and love can now be found here:



The tradition of top-quality Company of Heroes content will continue, so watch this space for upcoming announcements.

Brief History

This channel was started by AmiPolizeiFunk and his fellow SNF crew members back in March of 2011. Our first broadcasts were on May 15, 2011, to warm-up for Sunday Night Fights Season 2. Since then, we have recorded over 250 videos of SNF Episodes and tournament finals. Twitch.tv was an undeniable improvement over Xfire livestreams, which we used to host the initial season. With some fierce headline match-ups, a new custom intro video and new in-game overlays, Season 2 ran from June 12, 2011, until August 29th, 2011.

Our channel reached two big milestones at the beginning of Season 3. First, we received sponsorship from Relic Entertainment and gamereplays.org, enabling us, for the first time, to offer cash prizes to winners. Second, we were granted partnership by twitch.tv, based on our solid viewership numbers. In December of 2011, we were the first channel to offer Company of Heroes livestreams in a variety of transcodes, from 280p all the way up to glorious HD 1080p. The players delivered top quality gameplay, pushing many series to a 5th and final ace game, to the delight of our fans. Season 3 ran from November 27, 2011, until February 26, 2012. SiberianPlatoon, DevM, and Aljaz were the first Heavyweight Champions of Sunday Night Fights.

Looking to the future

Big changes are in the works for the Company of Heroes community. Company of Heroes 2 is on the horizon, set to be released in early 2013. We are thrilled in anticipation of the competitive and streaming possibilities that the new game will provide. But we’re not done with our beloved original game yet. Season 4 of Sunday Night Fights is in the planning stages, and we hope to announce the schedule soon. We will give the original Company of Heroes game a grand send-off!
