I definitely look forward to this.

Just a heads up. We know that scheduling will be hard in these larger formats. Be aware that your dates of rounds 3 and 4 are basically during Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26) for us in the US. Since it is one of the more significant holidays that usually involves a lot of travelling, you may want to spread those days out even more.

Just something to be aware of.

How much flexibility is there to get games in? Is it rigid start time like OCF? I have a job that I can't afford to be away from until 5:30 pm (UTC -6) on weeknights.

hey don't think this is stated in the rules is it fixed start location? if yes, what team/faction plays on what spawn - like axis spawn 1,2 and allies 3,4 or what?
