Funny, the wasp will do less damage then the current patch. It will do more damage with it's main gun, whereas last patch the dot was the main source of damage but the total number is still lower then it was this patch. The number is lower for vs both cover and open field. Not a huge difference but enough that this "buff" is really just a reshuffling of how damage works with a slight nerf to it.
I'm expecting another buff to vehicle flamers in a future patch, since if relic considers the wasp "under preforming" this patch they just made basically every vehicle flamethrower the same thing in this new patch, with slight differences for reload and such.
The point being though if you didn't like the wasp last patch it isn't really any better this patch, in fact it is slightly worse.

EDIT: those eyes are tirrible and ureal. Sorry i dont wont to be bad at you , you need to hear the truth and imrove. Those eys need to be like 3/4 not completely left / right , humans cant watch like this and it look bad.
Other thinks are hyperboles etc. but this need to be make better next time.
(im bad at drawing i cant draw it better , i just see you can so i wannn help ya)

It just a cartoon stylization, the style, it suppose to be like that. If those eyes will look more realistic, the entire picture will look veeeery creepy, believe me :-) Anime style have intentional unrealistic eyes too, but it works.
