Question: do we get to choose which country to represent? For example, I have dual citizenship, raised in a 3rd country, and now residing in a 4th country. I know, third culture kid problems...

Hm. After checking the rules again I'm confused why "Rifle Elite" and "Army Elite" are blocked for the tournament...

ALL commanders are allowed except the, RIFLE ELITE and ELITE OSTHEER commanders.

To be honest; This rule is "bullsh**".
First of all there are more "problematic" commanders ingame. Beside i think we will see a patch before the tournament (because of Ardennes Assault) and no one can be sure that such a patch will adjust both blocked doctrines. In my opinion you should allow ALL doctrines or reduce it to 3 for all...

Have you thought about only allowing mixed teams (all four factions present at all times)?
imho it would allow for more interesting gameplay and reduces balance issues
