"Players who are not allowed to sign-up:

Jesulin, Barton, Siberian, VonIvan, HelpingHans, OMGPOP, Luvnest, MilkPlease, jove, VindiCareX, Cruzz, Giap, Zoro, xHoLyHammerx, CaptainSPrice, Con!, Cataclaw, Twister."

these are the players that are tournament faithfuls and actually show up time and time again, and instead rely on nameless players that have no credibility to lose should they no-show?!

Great news! Anything involving super is exactly what the coh2-scene needs according to specifics of the math. Balance wise too of course! A bit provoking that only the famous don´t get to play, and provoking is fighting.

I think this is just right! They have the Rewind Masters and it is always faur to give some "Nobodys" a chance because I assume if anyone of them (just one of them) is going to participate he would win the tourney! So it is just fair to give others a chance to show themselves :)

Some of them are currently in the Rewind Masters, plus it is important for the rest of the community to be able to play tournaments without having to battle big names.
Compare it with divisions and you'll understand.
