Why would you do that? Organise for germans only?
I understand that if the game is super popular and you have 1000000 people playing it, but tournaments should unite and be open for everyone, specially now when people are leaving the scene.

We keep it like its done for years: A small tournament by the german community for the german community. Its not like there no other tournaments going on at this time for all you other ppl out there.

and do you use regional IP block too? or if i am good enought with google trannlator means that i can apply?

Anyway, you should be old more than twenty, and you should speak at least one language fluently, and looks like you cant speak either english and german, because they said only who speak german, ergo you dont have to be german.

Sure, why not?

I will cast the final and the bronze match, if possible live. In case there are some other entertaining games i will cast them as well. But since this will be in german everyone else is invited to casts games in other languages. :-)
