Designed and coded by AmiPolizeiFunk & Janne252, our Ladders are fresh and new. With all teams starting from zero as of last week, these AT teams are also fresh and new. Arranged Teams are just starting to pave their way. After a team plays 10 games, they shed their "P" Provisional rating and enter the leaderboards, positioned by their ELO rating. We expect to see fierce fighting for the top spots, and lots of leader changes over the next few weeks. A little gold star by your name, after all, is a point of pride that has no comparison!
New Features in Detail: "My Playercard" in Main Menu
Did you bookmark your own Playercard page in your browser? I think many of us probably did. Well you can delete that bookmark, because you no longer need it! You can now get to your own Playercard from the COH2.ORG main menu at the top of every page. Just pull the "LADDERS" dropdown to the first entry, "My Playercard." This menu option is highlighted in the image below. Did that win count yet? The answer is one simple click away, from any page on COH2.ORG. This feature works based on the "Steam" field in your Profile. If you haven't entered your 17-digit Steam ID# yet, a window will offer to take you to your "Update Profile" page.
2v2AT, 3v3AT, and 4v4AT Ladders for both Soviets and Germans
Clearly the highlight of this update, you can now view 6 new modes in the main Top 200 Ladders view. Just pull down the "Mode" dropdown and pick which one you would like to see. The dropdown is highlighted in the picture above. We've removed the "XP" column from this view, and replaced it with the prestigious ribbons and stars for the top 3, and bullets for the rest. Each player name is clickable through to their playercard.
How your Arranged Team stats are sorted on your Playercard
Arranged-Team stats per mode are sorted by your best combined average ELO rating. So that's your Soviets rank and your Ostheer rank combined. Basically you'll see the partners that you are rated highest with at the top. Stoffa is clearly better with SoE-W00tLoL, than he is with Captain Obvious, as seen in the image below. Highlighted in the image is the new dropdown menu.
New vs. AI stats on your Playercard
The dropdown menu at the top-right of your playercard has been expanded to include your compstomp games vs. that filthy AI character, and his corrupt bit-crunching AI mates. Each mode can be viewed: vs. EasyAI, vs. MediumAI, vs. HardAI, and vs. ExpertAI.
Sort by Wins is back
All Top 200 Ladders can once again be sorted by wins. In the Top 200 AT Ladders, it's fun to see which teams have the most wins, compared to which teams are the highest ranked by ELO. This is easy to see as the stars will stick with the highest ELO rated teams, even in the "Sort by Wins" view.
We hope you enjoy these new features! Now get out there and show us what you've got.
P.S. you can still sign up for the ESL 2v2 Cup tomorrow!
