Does g-unit not work anymore? I've had 1 of them drop 3-4 squads solo or with minimal support. Just smoke to get close and it's over pretty quick. |
Pretty sure the game released early on PC. They don't have things ready for their consoles releases. That's why they are just now starting to talk about what is essentially the equivalent of Trophies/acheivements. MS and Sony won't let them release game that doesn't have this shit together from the start. |

I didn't want to say anything, but these guys are breaking coh mechanics. They are winning or at least stalemating engagements at a disadvantage. Meaning, they can fight in open cover against troops in heavy cover with at least a neutral outcome, but forcing a retreat happens. It's sort of understanding for the G-unit flamers, but those guys can solo multiple squads taking little to no damage.
I recently learned that they have armor values, which is funny because Relic eliminated armored infantry in almost all coh2 units that had them and instead gave them Matrix Agent received accuracy 1.5 or whatever. So they are dodging bullets instead of stopping them. |
Yea, I agree with OP, I've seen a lot of stupid detonations. I don't think he's talking about AOE near the mine. I think he's saying if the path of a shell intersects a mine, the shell will detonate the mine even though the shell should just pass over the mine and go to its target. |

the planes are extremely cheap. Doesn't matter if you are the one calling them in or having them called in on you. I've seen some extremely bad scenes with multiple tanks getting wrecked by plane call ins. IRL you cant' escape from planes I think, but for a game, it's very punishing. Especially when you have single match call ins that can get taken out so easily. |
It cost manpower for motar half-track, and teching in T-1 is a bad idea.
I forget to mention that brit nade = 10 meter range and does the biggest damage of the game

guastatori are the main thing giving me trouble. They solo more than 1v2. I don't know why, but anytime I face someone using them I never win the engagements unless I use a tank or arty. I can send commandos with 2 bois and all of them will lose. IDK. |
The dingo can decrew it with it's arty barrage. It's like 5m out of the flak range, so be careful. The dingo hq barrage is much more accurate than the one from the tommy flare it seems. Not sure why. |
