CoH2 takes up 8 gigs of RAM just by itself. Its not enough. Hes playing Coh1 for a start. Also I never break 10GB ram usage with coh2 running and I usually have 3 - 4 GB @ idle. I don't remember dying light using all that much RAM either. If it was a RAM issue games would turn into a stutterfest as its having to use the page file. Very unlikely to cause black screens. Thread: Could do with a lil help.20 Nov 2015, 16:33 PM His ram is 1333. Because its Double Data Rate it shows as 666 / 667 but its really 1333. Ram speed barely makes any difference these days for gaming and wouldn't cause the the problems he is having. His CPU is more than fine as well. I would suggest to update all your drivers (if you can). Doesn't seem like there is many updates for your motherboard but I would atleast download the audio driver from here http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/realtek_hd_audio.zip Also go to the Intel site and download the auto update utility. http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24345/a08/Intel%20Driver%20Update%20Utility%20Installer.exe. Run it and see if there are any updates. Can download the latest Nvidia driver here http://uk.download.nvidia.com/Windows/359.00/359.00-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe How long have you been on Windows 10? If none of the above solves the problem, it might be worth looking into CPU / GPU temps during gaming. Dying light is a very intensive game and could potentially cause this but I wouldn't expect COH1 to do that. Let me know if you still have issues, I will find some more things to try. Sturmpios for one are a mid to close range unit but you are also paying for additional utility (ability to repair, lay mines, lay barbed wire etc). soviet sniper costing the same as ost sniper but in a 1v1 soviet will always win because of 2 models? Sov sniper probably will win unless the vet ability is used. Prior to brits and the camo nerf on snipers, Ost could still win since it cloaked much faster. Regardless, Ost sniper has a much better ROF than the Sov one. why does a kingtiger lose to a m10 in a 1v1? Depends on what the M10 is doing and where they are positioned in the map, but M10 is a mobile tank destroyer, it should be able to kill slow units if it manages to flank it and there isn't anything else covering it. You can kill an SU85 with a Luchs, same thing applys. Shouldnt really happen though because you should be supporting these units with things that can protect them. Comparing rifles / volks / grens / cons / IS makes sense because they all serve the same basic role. Comparing units with different roles won't always work since they are designed for different things and may have different costs. In: COH2 Balance

I play axis all the time (and nearly always going Spec Ops in 3's / 4's and often in 2's) so I know how the commander works and how strong the Command Panther is. Feel free to prove you play them more than me I dare you.... (also Ost is my #2 played faction and OKW is #3) (I've also seen Katitof in game many times as either Axis or Allies - never seen you in game though..........) In: COH2 Balance
