Thats not really what people do. The meta is build like t2 or t1 and wait is2s and t34/85s. You're hurting yourself by teching to t3/t4 if ur just going to use call ins. So you float a lot of fuel easy by the 11 cp mark. Only thing you have to do is save manpower. Fuel isn't an issue because you don't have to tech up.
T1 or T2 is always a way but not necessary. Sometiems, after wave of cons it's better to get T70 or/and T34 to put a huge pressue. Relying on T2 means you will act defensively and your enemy has a chance to regroups and retake points. 8min T70 followed by 14min T34 and provide really amazing power. Then you call IS2 just to finish job, not to make it.

I had 2 IS2s cause for about 50-60% of the game I had 2 fuels or he was cutted from his fuel. That's why it was 2 IS2s vs 1 KT. Usually it's 2 IS2s vs Jadgpanzer+KT or Panther+KT or 2 Panthers.
But like I said many times. 375 is to big nerf for KT. If the wanted to nerf it, 400 would be perfect.
From what I have seen so far, OKW players have effectively stopped to rely on Ober to spam more volks + sturmpio/jaegersfusillers/falls... I guess the problem comes also from the people who just prefer spam an A-move blob than use combined arms.
OKW faction, appart from all the combined arms options it offers to play will remain the A-move blob's players favorite faction.

Shocks can charge and wipe at hug range.
Obers can wipe as well wihout charging but they are little more expensive.
60 ammo for best weapon in game while 60 ammo for BAR as well.
You can't simple compare then cause they have similar role but they are executing this role in different ways; overall Obers are better than Shocks. Obers have better utility.
Shock and Obers are kinda equal. Both perfect AI, one with armor, one with Matrix abilities, one with hug-range, one with amazing long-range and amazing vet.
true, but even for guards did you see my comment above? Well I don't think they are supposed to be able to beat obers head on as they do now.
Just from the game balance point of view, comparing the time they (both) hit the field, how much they cost, and the teching required; the one which is much cheaper, has more men in squad with cheaper reinforce cost, and no teching required beats the more expensive one which comes much later and is supposed to be more elite.
Of course Gurads should not beat Obers. Yet with little rng (if ptrs hits) they can win. But like I said, you need little rng. But still its wrong. I find Gurads better against 4 models squads (higher chance to target 1 models with ptrses) than 6 models. But if we compare power of melt, obers own everything. But I agree, they should not win against obers. Maybe sometimes. Neverstheless, current state is better. They were completly useless, now they are elite long range inf.

Bunkers were always annihilated by ptrs. Its just no one used them in such numbers before.
I believe Luchs is useless against ptrs just like Stuart against schrecks.
Ptrs is just at a messed up condition now. tested tank hunter yesterday, built 10 cons upgraded with ptrs. they literally evaporate everything on their way head on, including support weapons and ATs. Then I took a mortar, smoked the base mg, oorahed into base and killed everything in base with a few shot. very simple!
And high cost should prevent such huge blobs. But if not, then only nerf. Yet it must come with separeted files for guards and cons ptrs since guards are useful, not op.
