The M8 needs a little more than just HP. I don't have the numbers in front of me atm but the AoE profile or accuracy on the Scott feels atrociously bad. I've watched M8s fire multiple shots at stationary squads without hitting once far too often to believe it is just bad RNG.

Hopefully we can turn off the non-historical skins in game. Otherwise get used to seeing a lot of Mecha-Tiger painted Tigers Tanks in automatch.

While I love the idea of giving scripts a little more use towards the end of the game (ex. Dp28 grade) I rather just settle for a simpler fix, make then a bit cheaper 215 with a minor adjustment in pop. The theme, after all, of the conscript is cheap numerous infantry. There is a design and reason for the Soviet faction,it relies heavily on either A. Specialize infantry or support B. Elite call in infantry. I mean what's the fun of being the Soviets if you can't send wave after wave ah la human wave tactics against the enemy .

I've always liked the idea of giving soviets a gobal upgrade that reduces the reinforce cost of conscripts and increases squad size to 8 so they can stay efficient into the late game. No messing around with extra weapon upgrades, 1/3 more health, 1/3 more dps, and a super efficient reinforce cost. They still wouldn't get the DPS increase a LMG or any other weapon upgrade provides but they would have great staying power to help compensate.

Stuka dive bomb should absolutely not be usable in base sectors. More so now that the AoE of the explosion has been increased so substantially. The stuka isn't the only ability that shouldn't be usable in base sectors but it is the most obvious.

To follow up, I see two primary impediments to Obers with 2x shrecks being useful.

1.) At 400 mp obers are too expensive to be used as a dedicated AT platform. Pgrens already struggle to be relevant as an at option at 340mp so the price of obers would have to be substantially decreased for anyone to consider a shreck upgrade on them. This in turn causes a bit of a ripple effect where obers then need to be tuned so that their performance now matches the new mp cost.

2.) Obers are in the schwer and as a result don't arrive until mid-late game (there is a reason everyone uses call-in infantry instead of obers) but shrecks are most needed early-mid game in order to guard AT guns and keep light/medium vehicles at bay. By mid-late game there is enough elite infantry, arty, and/or heavy armor that a 4 man AT squad just isn't going to be able to remain on the battlefield long enough to do it's job in most situations. To hit the right timing obers would have to be pushed into one of the earlier trucks and re-balanced for an earlier arrival.

I believe obers could work as an AT option but it would take substantially more changes than just tossing shrecks on sturms to make that happen. That said obers do need some adjustments if we're ever to see them regularly chosen over call-in infantry so perhaps that can be part of it.
