I support this idea. Conscripts have very good equipment like a duffel bag, pouches, helmet and etc.. for a cheap support unit. While penal`s have only a shirt and cap with some pouches,it's not logical and looks stupid.
Irl not everyone wear helmets. Because it is too heavy and it is very hard to fight with 10 kg on your head. Also it cant save you from bullets. All newbeis that were trown into combat always wore helmet, gas mask and knif on the rifle but after some time on the frontline they took away these things because there were too rare situations where you can use these stuff. |
The maxim spam is op against okw sure but it was the only thing against okw. After nerf sov will be dead against okw. Cons are bad against volks with stgs. Shocks are too expensive, guards are meh, penals are meh. |
My fav leigs |
Make pathfinders spawn from houses and 0 cp. Also at gun and 50 cal drops feels a bit useless |
JESUS RELIC GIVE US RUSSIAN PARAS.
VDV VPERED ZA RODINU!!!!1111 |
So wait guys, guards nerf are to hard (i am dunno why you decide make double nerf of price and stats).
So no m3 buff (so many words was writing here from you, that early light vehicles must more useful), like we see you guys like to talk many like relic.
No m20 buff (hello dead tier vs okw). Luchs more cheaper, nice one guys, if it was allies light vehicle meta, no its will be okw.
So new patch its will be OKW and Ostheer vs brits, its will be even more terrbile then now. And sometimes its will be maxim spam.
Nice one guys, 4 month of work for this, i must say if you build pyramides, its will be not ending in 2017.
Can you explaine why you dont add another change and why this ? Agreed |
how about making a dedicated anti infantry units like stormtroppers, obers and falls actually somewhat good at their job mainly be increasing their damage....because standard infantry easily mop them...also maybe rework stormtroopers and falls from ground up...obers just need damage increase from 6 to 8...and vet 4 suppression replaced with faster firing rate They are all good except faljs who are too expensive and weak. Faljs like glass weapon but 440 is too much for them. |
The concept of rifles is to be on the move. Rifles always need to close with thier enemy to win an engagement. Yes, there are some cases when you mustnt do that (like early okw engis) but anyway it is the rule. Rifles cant stand still and fight on long ranges, cus they will be easily wiped by grens, volks and others cus they are long range infantry. Rifles always push, flank and stay on the move. Thats why bar is a very mobile weapon. Of course we have 30 cal but we all know its op and brake the concept of usf rifles. Making bar a stable weapon will brake rifles concept. They will become useless because garants are effective at close range and bar will be like typical lmg effective at long range. |
i actually didnt remember it 100% correctly, real numbers are 320 for panther, 300 for tiger, so my argument still holds true
additionally, the pershing often can be called in earlier because usf can ignore major and just play with inf, at-gun and stuart, while ost desperatly needs to tech t3
You can play with paks, pz grens and thier shreks and wait for a tiger. |
Correct, in terms of game data, the Pershing is treated like a "heavy" medium tank (800 HP) like the Panther, T-34/85 and the Comet. It is supposed to be a better Panther while being a threat to infantry like a heavy tank - a role which it performs well. If you want to use it like a Tiger, you will be disappointed of course, as it can't take as much of a beating.
That said, the Pershing actually works out better as a generalist tank, despite the lower health pool. It is overly mobile, well armoured (same frontal armour as the Tiger, a big WTF-point if you ask me, especially as the Pershing has the mobility to entirely negate the lower rear armour), high penetration (more than the Tiger). On top of that, even the higher reload is negated at vet 3, as the Pershing has a whooping 0.5 modifier to reload speed at that point, which amounts to a faster reload speed than the Tiger at vet3.
This is almost the same as the comparison between Tiger and IS-2: The Pershing starts out a tiny bit worse than the Tiger in very few areas and massively better in others, and gets significantly better with veterancy while the Tiger gets moderately better. The difference is, that the Tiger can take more of a beating, which doesn't change with veterancy - this doesn't negate its downsides, which is why the Pershing actually works in its role.
TL;DR: Compared to its counterparts in other armies, the Tiger is bad. And it gets even worse with veterancy, when its counterparts actually get some decent buffs, while the Tiger gets barely enough to not be considered laughably shitty.
