Thread: Brit units and abilities10 Sep 2015, 16:42 PM The most important thing that the Ostheer player should remember when countering bofors is that 1) It's incredibly lethal; don't lose shit trying to take one out 2) Mortar HT works great. use it. 3) Mortar HT delays your teching (by quite a bit). Get one or two fuel caches up if you can spare the mp. 4) Muni cache would also be great; keep a patrol around your MHT to prevent flanking armor or any AT units from taking out the MHT. You can always lay an early teller mine. It's dicey but it can pull off. Roads, chokepoints are good spots for mines. if you're in team games you can have an OKW ally get an early raketenwerfer. As for actual counters, 222. I find it gets easily killed by an AEC or a QF 6 lbr but forcing your opponent to get AEC instead of bofors is good, and with proper micro you can dodge said AT gun. Thread: Pacific Front10 Sep 2015, 06:58 AM I sense that people want a Japanese faction for two reason: 1: They genuinely want a Japanese faction 2: They are sick of seeing German factions. I think Relic should have had timelines with their factions; That is, on launch, have two Soviet and two Ostheer factions, a 1941 or 42 faction and a 1944 faction. Or they could simply call it a "late war" and an "early war" timeline. If this were the case, a 1942/1 faction of Italians would be viable and able to compete at that level. It would be possible to have two British factions; early war and late war. The same could be for the Americans. They kind of have that for Ostheer v. OKW, the latter with all of Germany's prototype bullshit. tl;dr Relic makes factions year-based to add variety. In: Lobby

I'll fill you in on the various errors tomorrow, but there's at least three different ones. This all happened after I got a message to update CELO yesterday (presumably because of the UKF addition).
