CAS AT strafe will destroy any arty effortlessly, so while before you had to use 190 mun for it, now you need just 140 to make 600mp go bye bye.

Germans counted a loss only if the scrap was unusable in combat and couldn't be repaired, soviets counted a loss if whatever happened, they would account a tank loss even way before it got to the actual battle and it wasn't corrected when the tank was operational again. |
Another issue which have a root at OKW.
You can't nerf USF, because they will be broken UP against OKW.
You can't buff Ost, because it will overpower soviets.
And both WFA armies having teching cheaper then a bag of dog food isn't helping here at all too.
You need to nerf OKW first, then you'll be able to adjust USF. |

What I observed that Assault Engins sometimes win, when they stay at range 10. But those are battles that almost never occure because you always try to close in and squads are usually not alone.
If they are not alone, then they are not fighting 1v1.
In 100% of all other cases, AEs will loose-always, unless they get flamer and lucky crits. |

In my experience Assault Engineers beat Sturmpioneers if they don't take much damage before they can get in fart sniffing range. Without a Flamethrower too. AE are better units with more utility indeed, but isn't that part of asymmetrical balance?

Urban defense is totally OP on maps as Semoiski. It pretty much gives you an indestructible fortress in the first 7 minutes, including an aura and healing. Even Paks and flamethrowers as well as mortars need incredibly long to take buildings down. Add to that the blob of infantry that strives around the forward HQ swarming out as soon as a unit fires on the HQ and they struggle even more.
By the time the Stuka arrives you should have made good use of that ability.
