Did you guys even read the link on the last side before this.Relic has already officially anounced that there won t be comming something big.
Just because it's not an overhaul of the commander system doesn't mean it isn't something big, I don't mind all that much if the system isn't overhauled. (You mean the link to the AMA right) Of course they travell all the time but why would they anounce it like this? Noun travelled to London a while ago but it wasn't announced like this and wasn't livestreamed. You realise they're gonna talk about the future of COH2 and the "next phase"? How can that possibly be disappointing?

If there would be really something BIG they would already making big Advertising about it.
I remember the past few months when relic maked "big announcments" about the next step for te CoH2 franchise and everybody was completely freaking out and dreaming about that relic would sure adding new factions like USA/Japs, new game modes, Expansion packs etc........and it always ended up in a tiny Balance patch and 1 or 2 new maps WWWOOOOOWWWWWWWW. It s always the same again and again relic makes an announcment and People start to live in another world.

Um, when exactly did Relic make big announcements that were disappointing? I don't remember any announcements where they travelled to another country to announce it and were streaming the whole thing live that were disappointing. Most of the time they anounced the patch or update and then did a small live stream about the changes and things that were added. |

Thats not the problem, its just one of the bigger and more controversial ones. There is blizzards, terrible optimization, rip off DCE, outrageously priced DLC, lack of global upgrades, doctrine design (even if they were all free its still a terrible system imo), lack of a mid game, super tanks that shoot over halfway across the map, and the really inconsistent and uber slow pace of the early game infantry engagements that would easily last several minutes if not for rifle nades and molotovs.
Um yea, so that means you don't like the game. You don't like the core mechanics of the game, which means it's useless to talk about how shitty the game is on a forum dedicated to it. See, things like balance and commanders and stuff can be improved, but a lot of the things that you named are just.. Well.. Part of the game.

Precisely because a lot of people here wants CoH2 to be a better game, they are throwing those negative opinions, because the thing is that the current state of the game is terrible and detrimental for the game itself.
Yea but most of these people don't even want to help Relic at all it seems. It doesn't matter what Relic attempts to do, you'll all brand it as "lololol pay 2 win huehue supor witty am rite". Actually constructive critiscm in a professional and nice manner would be awesome.
And how the hell is the game in a terrible state right now? Because of these "pay 2 win" commanders? Well, elite is being nerfed into the ground and industry has been nerfed some more. The shortcomings like input lag and all that shit will be fixed with the new patch that's coming out. |

True, but it wouldn't be the first thing they made something up; Knights Cross Holders, Shock Troops, Stormtroopers, Teller Mines, etc.
(The mines in CoH1 were already modeled after the Tellermine 43, so they basically took something already in the game, and made a better version with a new texture and different name).
