Ofc that is right, but in my point of view is the thing that those PTRS kill the weapon itself. Killing Weapon Teams that are outnumbert is obvious but just sniping the weapon with PTRS sucks. Whats the replay and you do ALT F4 like me. Lost 2 Rakten and 3 Mg instand to it. The PTRS is giving fuks to all 2-3 hits and MG,At guns etc, just poffs into nothing the entire unit is dead becaus they kill he weapon itself with just some shots. Im so damn frustrated after this patch... i don´t have to describe how much things are still in a bad shape etc. bla bla. But then again he knows how to micro and how to play, which might be the difference between him and you. I can only see his sniper strat becoming godly powerful now that the sniper is over twice as durable.
