INGAME it costs more than a t70 and as you said the t70 is a light tank so the puma should also be classified as a tank and not an armored car. Cost is "irrelevant" in the sense that because a unit cause X MP and Y fuel you can´t expect it to perform better or not than other units of similar price. It gives you a different tool/opportunity of use. I don´t mind if the PUMA is going to stay as it is. I just found it a bit counterintuitive for what it is, that´s all. In my mind previously to use it several times, i expect it to be a support mobile AT which should had problems with heavier tanks. That´s not what i´m seeing. Maybe it´s penetration it´s bugged, time will tell. In: COH2 Balance

Nevertheless i think it´s good that they can´t be spammed but i dont know if they are on the right spot. Seeing how good they were on 2v2+ in combination with PG blob might make any comparison a bit unfair. Apart from that: Cover still maters. It´s even more important for PGs now with their reduce armor. Threat them as glass cannons. Distance is your friend as germans. For the moment the patch feels good, a better opinion might arise once people stop using the new commanders every game In: COH2 Balance

This from the perspective of using the PUMA, it felt...silly. Run around IS2 using smoke to cover the damaged ones, using Target weakpoint to freeze it. 3 Pumas can easily deal with an IS2. Even better, they can easily deal with KV8. In: COH2 Balance
