Shouldn't it just be T3 or T4 building for any faction to be able to call in tanks (or just build them in these buildings)? I don´t think you need BP3 - T4 or even T3 built to get a Command Tank - Puma. While i think the cost for heavies should be associated with BP3. Cost of teching could be decreased while the building itselft could get a bit more expensive if the disparity with soviets is too high. All of this thinking with the current performance of callin tanks. This would aim directly at things like: -TA -Heavy T2 because you are on the back foot into Tiger -Zis gun into KV8-IS2-ISU -T1 +/T2 into T3485s -T1 + T2 into Elephant. Eventhough on 2v2 it´s feasible on an even game to just get T3 and a 1-2 tanks and then get an Elephant. In: COH2 Balance

Again, for me it´s only worth it on Semois summer. On the Winter version or other maps, you have the ability to flank or push through the sides of the map. It´s hardcountered by MHT and it´s a "cheese" all in strat IMO. Also only "usable" on 2v2 (or 3v3+ spamfest Angermeunde). Far from being OP, i think it could get some tweaks. Reduce cost, have to be in own territory, being able to decap the building, etc. More versatile but with more soft counters. In: COH2 Balance

Spreading: Which you should do to gain territory in Company of Heroes. Normally the way I grab territory is have a couple units moving forward to grab territory when I have a weapon protecting them. However, with the M3 scout car I don't have that weapon to protect them other than the panzerfaust which all it can do is prevent immediate squad wipes but the problem of dueling with the car and losing manpower is still there, even when the unit is in cover. MG: I already gave a reason why that's not a good counter. Even the M3 stays and do nothing it can potentially tie down a much bigger force because of it's dps and mobility. Think about it, if the Germans tries to advance at all the M3 will just back out and dps them forcing the Germans to retreat while the M3 just gets repaired. The presence of the M3 just prevents a sizable Germans from advancing and as you said before spreading is the worst thing you can do against it, so there is no harassing from the German side. Cover = Territory (situational). If you are able to use houses use them (perfect for the first 1-2 minutes when you don´t have yet munition for a faust). MG: you don´t "spam" MG. You just use 1 to support your army instead of going full gren spam. Spreading: sometimes slower, is faster. If you spread too thin early game, you might not be able to fight against similar MP army on one side meaning you are going to retreat losing staying power. I have never seeing the germans (besides Assault Grens) as a heavy harrasing faction, in the sense of multiple flanking attacks (early game). In: Lobby

That's a lot better than 95% of the balance posts here, so let's cut him some slack. That said, the problem is with Motomoto, not the game. Game changed a lot. If anything i think Soviets has more "strats (abusive ones )" than anything. Also the new explosive profile benefits them hugely (mines). In: COH2 Balance
