I'm not talking about top tier abilities such as Blitz, TWP or precision strike. Since release of WFA, the rules regarding veterancy has change. It no longer needs to be vet1 utility and following ones stats buffs. If an ability is strong enough, you can just put it behind a further level of veterancy. In: COH2 Balance

Arrow keys to get an overview, Tac map + double click if you look for a specific unit, Minimap if you know exactly where you want to go, Control Groups to get to the point of action immediately. I wouldn't say that there's a best scroll method it really depends on which method you are most comfortable with. In: COH2 Gameplay
