Also by stacking, do you mean decrewed and recrewed? Even for tanks?

Not on tanks, since i haven't test it with USF crews but it works with support weapons. A command PV needs to be vet5 although to start affecting them, but the Command PIV affects all units.
I made some interesting tests with the Advance warfare strafe. It's not about luck, rather than positioning.
First of all, i'll say that hitting rear armor makes it WAY easier to kill something. But this is not as important as to where the strafe starts hitting from.

The deadliest zone is like 15m behind the mark of the strafe. I was able to reliably 1shot Stukas in this way.
If it was inside in the middle of the strafe, NEVER IN 30+ test i was able to kill it. From the front it was like 10% to 40% dmg and from behind it dealt like 80% on average. If it was on the front edge of the strafe zone, it dealt almost no damage at all.
It has problems tracking enemies earlier than it should. Another "bug" into the list i guess.
Dont tell me its L2P , because you cannot kepp both snipers 82 health when you defeat 3 files with em and them liehtenaunt jupe on em (one have like 90 % of hp and second 80 %).
I had a game were i lost 2 snipers to 2 consecutive At gun shots. Shit happens.

Been under the radar since release. Since we see activity from Relic in here lately, i guess you can add this into your tracker if it's not already in there.
Bug: unit get's permanent revealed by IR HT from OKW, if units are in combat while the beam in on top of them.
This has to do with the fact it's a weapon. I think you used to be able to recreate this by damaging a unit while the search light has it under it's sweep. Will need to investigate further.

Note: i think T3 (tanks tech) needs to be more expensive fuel wise for UKF.
-I'll start by removing the fuel cost for the upgrade.
-I don't want to make it a Puma clone, but realistically, it won't be able to soft counter medium tanks, without the extra 10 range. Adjust cost if necessary.
-Theres no need to improve AI.
