I feel like SPs legitimately could use tweaks to truly feel like a worthwhile closer-combat unit later in the game though. Currently, they're a bit over the AE/AG boat of combat-effectiveness and a bit higher in cost too. They ain't PGs, though the cost difference justifies it (which is why I'm not saying just "Buff DPS Relic plox"). STG have like 2% the suppresion of a normal HMG. In: COH2 Balance

They practically ignore accuracy cover modifiers, including garrison. From 0.5/0.55 to 0.9 IIRC. Old OKW: -It needed some adjustments on Elite infantry costs, reinforcement and veterancy. -Maybe 100% muni income with some upgrades and abilities cost increased. -Resource convertion could reduce mp income instead of crippling the opposite resource. Thread: My Idea for Soviet Redesign24 Jan 2016, 07:15 AM Non doctrinal a bit more expensive T3485 and double call in T3476s (although you might still need T3 or T4 to call them) The tank is not ALL THAT BAD but more on the weak side rather than the strong side of the spectrum of units. Double call in might be fine or really overpowred depending on timing and cost even in their actual state. In: COH2 Balance
