Some pvp ingame, some pvp with words. COH2.org should have a seperate ranking system for keyboard warriors, then Katitof could become Commander-in-Chief.
1) Sturm Officier at 1 CP to use force retreat (50 munitions)
2) Kubel to scout ahead and cap behind the MGs
3) Stuka to decrew and ideally steal MGs
4) In recent patch, Panzerfusilier got a buff to AT snare DPs which are well used in combination with shreks/AT gun
5) Cloaked AT guns are actually good to cap relative safely against MG spam and also to scout where to flank or hit with arty.
Infiltration grenades are a bit too late at 3 CP and JLI is vulnerable to early game armor.
MG spam is semi-all in as it lack late game power. Ideally, OKW should try to preserve manpower and map control while building a superior army composition for late game.
Other than that maybe Goliath spam + a few ISGs could stall the MG spam long enough, hiding cloaked in cover and next to key buildings.
1v1 is where the skill it's at. 3v3 and 4v4 are fun modes played by people with not enough balls to go 1v1.
Yes, let's just ignore the fact that team-oriented games and MMOs are the fastest growing gaming community. I prefer 1vs1 myself but only because team games in COH are poorly designed and balanced.
Relic would misjudge their potential player base if they just make games for 1vs1. IMO, team play in COH requires totally new game modes that set it apart from 1vs1 design.
AngryJoe finally meets up with Sonic The Hedgehog as they discuss the success and failure of his legendary games!
*Recorded September 8th, 2015 while previewing Total War: Warhammer - too fun not to post!*
Sonic need professional therapy after decades of Gordon Gekko's financial rape and abuse of game IP.
Also, go watch popular variety steamers such as: http://www.twitch.tv/excessiveprofanity/v/28223476
ExcessiveProfanity who played with COH lead balance designer Brad (and Kyle in chat). In the above stream go 3:38:50 to 3:49 where ExcessiveProfanity accuses SEGA Warhammer marketing team of being cancer in the gaming industry. Neither Kyle nor Brad tried anything to defend SEGA after ExcessiveProfanity criticized the SEGA/Warhammer marketing strategy. IMO, there are a fair amount of devs both in CA and Relic that know SEGA marketing for games such as Rome 2/COH2 (which both was released prematurely) and Warhammer has been rubbish.
Anyone with half a brain knows the game title should have been "Total Warhammer" not Total War: Warhammer. Imagine if Relic has called DoW for COH: Warhammer.
