Only Jadgpanzer was shooting at Paras but was missing all the time. Yet Im not sure about first shell, maybe it sniped 1 model but I don't think so.
I captured this moment and you can see tha dying model is not in place where Jadgpanzer's shell landed.
elchino7 already did a good summary but that was just awful to look at. You dont scout properly or use your sweepers. 2 times you send a vehicle through the hedges on the western side of the middle node 2 times it ended in disaster. never send a vehicle through unless an infantry squad goes first. and then you lose both your howie carriers to the pak 43 i just hope it is lag but then you lose 2 more to the same pak 43. also sending 2 units into a garrison is a waste some fights you where a squad not contributing to it. also pick buildings carefully. you put a squad in a building with one window and 2 blind spots.
Also what where you trying to accomplish with airborne on this map. its a map where camping happens on both sides take a doctrine with arty next time.
also the sp's lucked out on this one. blame the rng god
Paras carbines are mid range weapon, pretty much like G43 and garands.
LMGs at that range loose maybe 1.5 DPS per piece.
I like how you are always lost in the fog and need a beacon of light to show you the way.

as far as i know caebines lose half the dps at that range. lmg's lose 20% of the dps. but the fact is however that the allied player made a very noob move. sending in a lmg squad closer to pio squad.
This is not close range, close-medium range. Distance 10 means 37dps for Stormpios, but since there are 3 models left, it means that dps is around 27. What's more, Stormpios are damaged, and they should not be first line infantry, they are pioneer!
On the other hand, you have Paras with double LMGs = 33dps, one model less which means that dps is around 30.
So Elite Infantry with more models, higher health, better DPS, is loosing to damaged, 3 models pioneer at mid range.
No wonder why they can not stand against Obers even if it's 2 squads vs 1 squad.
looks like midrange to me where neither his carbines not lmg's are effective. suffice to say this was a stupid move of the allied player.

no its the allied player being stupid. standing in the optimal range for the SP's and slashing the dps of his own para's in half
are you going to complain about VG's that shoot down a ST squad because said squad stands at range 35?
First issue : Steppes ---> Long range map, with barely ambush opportunities outside the forest area.
Second issue : 3v3 / 4v4. Sigh.
Third issue : US AT guns cant do anything vs infantry, 3 Volk Schrecks will sneeze at the halftrack, "support troops" what is that supposed to mean (rear echelon? lol).
2 Rifles and 1 LT are leftover. Against 3 Volks and 3 Falls. Big, big L2P issue.

i think it would mean bazookas are either to crappy or panzerschrecks too good. Its unreasonable to say that the bazookas are actually decent because it has the same DPS of the schreck after so-and-so shots. Like i said, no one sits their tank there to e shot at for dozens of times.
No the zooka simply lacks targets. it excels against vehicles and medium tanks. while you see some vehicles, currently the okw elite armor doctrine is piss poor and ostheer tier 3 is in shambles. so you wont be seeing p4 anytime soon. neither handeld weapon performs well against the heavy tanks however.
Lol Cruzz, thats what you call an RNG outlier. In that very same cast you can also admire the Luchs shooting repeated full bursts at 2 Airborne squads from point-blank and intermediate ranges respecitvely and archieving almost fuck all....

You have to bear in mind Flamers don't cost 60 munitions, they cost 170/200 manpower + 60 munitions because if you build a flamer on your starting Engies or Pioneers you're then going to have to build another squad in order to have a minesweeper which you're always going to need every game against good players.
I think Flamers are fine given the weak platforms, but they can become really crazy when they are dropped and given to a strong platform such as Grenadiers or Conscripts. But that's same with lots of things such as Shreks. Really the only issue I have with Flamers is putting them inside of M3 for the awful Clown Car chase your squad down on retreat in the first 4 minutes thing. And that's just silly design of the M3.
Soviets currently have much better flamers since they can merge their Combat engineers with Concripts all day.
still risky as their tanks can explode. soviets have the nest flamers because their tanks cannot explode.
i find the scott to be balanced. its an AI tank perfroming its duty. and sometimes it does do a squadwipe but then again luchs kv8 and the ostwind do the same stuff.
