Thread: Allied infantry vs Axis tanks25 Jan 2017, 19:05 PM Agree on UKF and US AT blobs. Would also like the Panther to have some kind of AI damage. But Soviets?...really?...Soviet blobs kill your tanks mate..?With what ? What uphill battle?..Ost has MG in T0,in team games they just rush the fuel and after that, who is fighting a "uphill battle"? Wasn't Allies harder than Axis ? Come on guys ,serious? In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Adding tanks that are not unique but blend elements?25 Jan 2017, 04:52 AM +1 for more tanks and unit diversity... But as others said, this game is abandoned, best bet would be if Lelic would allow the modding/balance team to create new commanders with what we have already... In: Lobby
Thread: Locked Limey Trenches24 Jan 2017, 20:58 PM can za Soviets and Ostheer haz a trench(non doc) ?...no buildings on some mapz for di Hot Weelz Maxim and le machine gewehr In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Penals and Cons24 Jan 2017, 12:30 PM Jump back to quoted post24 Jan 2017, 11:49 AMferwiner Where is Lenny when you need him Well Lenny was an exception when using that tactic...still was fun to watch, but no it doesn't work If this was so efective no one would use Guards anymore, which I see in 90% of the games... Con spam is easy to counter and predictable,as Ostheer at least. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Penals and Cons24 Jan 2017, 11:26 AM Jump back to quoted post24 Jan 2017, 09:55 AMTickTack Cons are plenty good already. Just spam 8 of them, get AT nade and use rapid conscription this doesn't really work, nor it happens... At 5th con squad you are already against light vehicles... In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Pathfinders (USF)24 Jan 2017, 01:00 AM Shock Troops at 0 CP...remember that? In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Penals and Cons23 Jan 2017, 23:41 PM Sov should have non doc Ppsh for Conscripts and T34-85... It is stupid to have these locked behind commanders... In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Soviet heavy vehicle21 Jan 2017, 10:30 AM Jump back to quoted post21 Jan 2017, 10:08 AMVipper The IS-2 will beat the Ostheer Panther 1v1 in most cases. In addition making the Ostheer Panther less effective vs IS-2 will make a unit that is already UP rather useless. On the other hand even 3 Su-76 can counter a Tiger which is in worse spot that IS-2 is... I think the problem lies with the adition of WFA and Brits rather than Vanilla factions themselves... I have the impression that the "new" factions tend to "overperform" a tad bit against the "old" ones..( forward retreat points,LeiG and Pack Howie overperform versus Ost and Sov mortars, yeah this is very fair LeLic).. And yes, wheter it is a Tiger or a ISU or IS 2... It does not have too much of a impact versus Fireflies or Comets or KT or Jagdtiger ... In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Soviet heavy vehicle21 Jan 2017, 09:19 AM ISU-152 is a dead unit,it became some sort of "Penals" (you see it in one out of ten games, and it doesn't really impact the match)...Shoots terrain very often ,or completely misses the target... IS-2 is good...I think...sometimes I have the sensation that a Panther can 1v1 it(misses a lot). T34-85's and SU-85 overshadow these twi units as they are cheaper and you can have them in numbers In: COH2 Balance
Thread: The Land Matress is to strong18 Jan 2017, 21:13 PM Jump back to quoted post18 Jan 2017, 20:54 PMGluhoman Matters was nerfed. So it is balanced. Its not so accurate, but it fires a lot of rockets. People use matters a lot, because it is the only good mobile ukf unit. So it can counter leig spams, which mortar pit cant. Remember when Katyusha was OMG Wipe Everything Instantly? Well it didn't left your P4 with half of it's health... In: COH2 Balance
