I Think American food is too cost effective and deserves a price increase . For little money you get a lot of calories which helps you to bulk too cost effective.
British food on the other hand is in a good price spot but lacks in taste and looks overwhelmingly disgusting. Dishes like Haggis and Stargazy pie need a complete rework. Relic please fix that quick.
Speaking of cost effectiveness I think the German food is better than the American one, German serve with real meat, meat and meat, in wurst or whatever. American serve junk, you surely get a lot of calories, but it won't fill in your stomach for long, making you being hungry soon.
British food, please buff it.

You mean Puffer fish, right? When you refer Japanese food, what do you have in mind? Bland tofu? The excellent fish-based diet? What? Just curious
English egg tarts are meh, it is cold and hard. Hong Konger enhanced that into a hot puff pastry or something like cookies. It is so famed that the last governor Chris Patten can't stop eating them. 
The Japanese eat a lot of seafood, usually the best are served raw (Sashimi, sushi or many sliced of different fish placed on a bowl of "sushi rice"), the others like in soup, grilled or fried (salmons or eels), or skilfully fried (Tempura) that you can't even find a single drop of oil.
Tofu is usually served with soy sauce or sesame sauce. They eat it almost in every meal, especially area around Kyoto (old capital).
Noodles like ramen (served in soup), udon (in soup or fried with soy sauce), soba (served chilled, dip with special sauce, or in hot soup), etc...
Those are the dinner I had eaten in Kyoto.

In Hong Kong, quite a lot of English food was initially copied, but greatly enhanced afterward. The egg tarts are the best example.

Ahh, I see a simple solution. If you're scared of that happening, don't push squads with the truck.
Sounds like the risk you take to me.
As I haven't really encountered the push much, I don't see it as a huge issue. However it seems logical that if you were "totally retarded" with your truck, you deserve a damaged building.
You don't even need to push squad but still having risk they got damaged, unless you stick them in HQ sector. |

So teching is delayed by 15 seconds? Repair the thing before setting up.
Sturmpio is a very valuable asset for early game map control and giving pressure, they are not Ostheer pio, you can't use the same logic on them.

So why was katitof's suggestion to make damage carry over to the building dismissed?
I think he made it relatively clear that the okw truck != pioneers.
It sounds like a good compromise (as using the truck in this manner is already at risk to m3s and the like).
Because it is super easy to damage the truck by using M3/WC51, or even Rifles, if the damage carry to the HQ buildings it won't even withstand a few mortar shots, which is totally retarded.

Plus half of the Pio squad will be building with half speed, so damaged pio squad (in models term) will be less effective, is SWS less effective in building tier in any way? Even if have 1% HP it will still build a full HP building in the same time. Some change needs to be done.

SC2 needs no micro until Grandmaster, all you need is find a pro BO, practice it build order to perfect timing, A move at the right timing, and it's done, you don't even need to watch your blob fight, you better use your time building more units, injecting more Larva, instead of dancing your units, it is not worth unless you have ultimate Korean micro. In SC2 you play like a machine copy&pasting every game instead a real-time reacting game.
Or even you can cheese cannon to Master, 100% doable.
