I agree that the hype ami is creating is much needed in casting events like this one. But like Wuff said there is no balance between actual game commentary and hype/off-tops. It's literally like 1 minute when casters are focused on actual gameplay and then we go into full random 3 minutes of looking at decals, buildings, zoom ins od dead units while listening about even more random things meanwhile missing a ton of action. I know that I can switch to another channel but the main event will be casted by SNF only (not sure tho, acording to rules, clarify me if I am wrong). And i'm sure most new players will join the most popular channel just because its the most popular.
What I'm trying to say that there is too little about games and too much about I dont know, ?stuff?.
I am not trying to criticize anyone, just wanted the casters too see this and think about it, because I'm sure I'm not the only one whos a little dissapointed.
I didn't mean or say there was no balance.
I think it is incredibly hard to duo commentate a game well, for the most part I think SNF does a fine job but sometimes the balance is off.
Casting is similar to playing COH2, it is a learning process and there is always room for growth and improvement!
