This is where you go wrong. I'm totally with you on not attacking individuals, and I also want people to stop attacking Relic. Constructive criticism? No problem. Crying and insulting staff or the whole company? No way.
But, we are entitled and we should be. We should demand customer support. I'm gonna repeat myself from another thread (frankly I don't expect people to read my WoT, but you should watch the video):
Unfortunately, there is no middle ground. People (sometimes me included) are either so toxic and rude, or on the other hand, they are in a blissful ignorance. There is no middle ground here (except some reasonable members of course). We had people attacking other members (Hey Napalm) because he decided to somewhat side with Relic as a so-called "liaison".
And for the record, the game had a lot of technical issues (not talking about balance) at release, which some of them got fixed. But I think 3 years is enough to fix some basic problems (Frame rate, horrible UI performance, missing textures etc).
All in all, there should be a middle ground. No disrespect towards both employees and the company, but we are paying customers. Either call it off and stop supporting the game, or give it your best when you are releasing new content.

I of course think Relic should continue to update and fix the game but by law I don't think we can demand anything from them. But that is a topic for another day.
I just posted example of good communication skills between community and someone who can change the game. It is very clear there.
In relic I don't even know who is who. There is little to non communication. You can just post something on forum and wish that it will happen one day.
Benchmarking is good tool.
I think the difference is, he can say those things, he is a game director.
I agree, Relics communication isn't the best, I do think Kyle has done a good job tho, I think it has improved.
It's entitled for me to expect a game I paid for to be playable? The game shouldn't be badly broken at all. Why is COH2 "badly broken" in so many more instances compared to other games, like Starcraft 2? This game has been out for YEARS and I kind of expect Relic to be able to deal with shit at this point...
The game worked at launch, in fact you're not entitled to much after that.
I never attacked Relic staff - no idea why you keep addressing this to me.
What damages our relationship with them is when they don't do their job of fixing this game and balancing it while simultaneously being condescending with their endless "L2P" streams and insults towards specific people in the community.
I am not addressing it to you, I just told you why the image was correctly removed.
Fixing games is difficult, building games is difficult, yes in an ideal world the game would be bug free and nothing would break, but it ain't, so instead we see a cryfest.
Relic breaks the game and this goes unnoticed for 4 months. They then release a hotfix that breaks it even more. And another that breaks it even more.
Then they go home for the weekend to chill out.
During the weekend some people make funny images and videos to poke fun at their lacking of testing and general incompetence.
Your assessment is that the community is at fault for this situation? If only we had been less #Toxic, they would have communicated better and fixed things properly?
You're making assumptions now and fabricating things.
I said don't attack Relic staff because it only damages our relationship with them, Simple.
