it seems like DevM thinks that a T1 to T4 rush is the best answer. Can't check how well that would have worked, though, because in both cases his opponents ultimately opted for a different strategy, but I think he expected M4C spam...
I used the special weapons because I saw it being popular in the current tournament, but it might be time to realize that I am not Helping Hans or Aimstrong so the mobile assault commander might work better for people on my paygrade
Special weapons are fine atm. If you have nothing vs a 222, Flamerhft, Luchs --> the AT-IS are great.
Also the Drop vs OKW trucks or pak43.
And you can drop Wickers for your inf. And Lategame croco.
On House maps like choldney sommer, or other maps with many houses mobile assault is better ofc.
( I guess you saw Special weapons on crossroads--> no houses at all)
You take a lot of bad engagements this game, outnumbered or outpositioned. You also lose a lot of units, including your AEC and your HT, because you don't run soon enough, or you don't run at all. It's always a gamble when you leave stuff in danger, and you seem to take too big of risks sometimes. Play more conservatively.
If you can't micro 2 or 3 engagements at once, don't try! Just blob a little bit, or use all your units to flank. You lost a lot of fights because you tried and failed to micro on multiple fronts.
Your issue wasn't really the MGs, but I will answer that question anyway: mortar pit, or land mattress later. The only other option is flanking, but on some maps its pretty impossible. Sniper is also an OK option but the countersnipe is a real danger.
You're right about the grenade warning. you have to see the animation on the gren begin, you can't wait until you hear the "grenade!" sound. Sometimes you can retreat at that point, but not if it's aimed behind your squad.
Your build order wasn't bad, though I like to get some engineers out right away to repair the AEC.
Personally not a fan of that commander and it didn't seem to help you much, but it's all personal pref and the brit commanders don't make a huge difference unless you're spamming emplacements. At least not until you call in a heavy but you never got to that point. The commander with the flamers has the ability that lets tommies fight better out of cover, which can help in flanking MGs.

Everything is said already and matches are over. Vonivan got the win, after Devm bugsplitted. And in game 5 Devm just played better vs the same tactic from Vonivan. The m20 fail mirco in game 4 was a key situation.

When i was 1v1 with that guy whom i forgot the name, i fought him 2 times straight and got sync error after i had done something that make him lose the game like double cap the fuel, secure his cut off or destroy his only tank. 2 times straight omg. it said defeat when you gets sync error but does the other player victor ? Is this bad luck or just some cheesy hax ? does it affect my playercard ?
So you were already ingame and played some minute right? And yes he gets the win. Yes sync error is possible aka drophack.
If you want you can save the replay and send it to Relic. But if they will work with it, nobody knows.
Ok my ostheer keeps losing to double soviet sniper, how the hell do i counter this?
-scout car = you have to dive, either you lose it to mines or to the base dhsks and an at nade of cons or ptrs penals. And even if you dont die bcs of this the snipers will either go in a base bunker which means you can't kill them or they will walk circles around the base and scout car can't properly drive which means you can't kill the snipers.
-Behind the line guys = I have tried this, a bundle grenade on both 2 snipers didn't wipe them, then they had to retreat through red cover for a proper 7 seconds and still they didn't die.
-Fast p4 = you get countered by mines and double at gun or a quick call in like a kv1.
-counter snipe them = he has 2 snipers from the beginning which means in the end when you reached the veterancy bcs you have to be very carefull when you will do the counter snipe you will get coutner sniped yourself.
-good pushes = he will just retreat the snipers and come back with them
I have the feeling that the soviet snipers have insane health due to their 2 man squad, bcs i never managed to kill one even if they retreated through red cover for a proper 10 seconds with only one man.
4 men squad get countered and even if you play really agressive early game there is nothing you can do bcs you can't keep up the pressure and he will get out etc. etc.
If anyone has a counter please let me know, untill then i dont think ill be anymore ostheer bcs this is becoming more meta by the day :/
Your 5-6 gren spam does not work vs this? I mean 2 soviet sniper means 0 capping power. But yeah you should try to rush 222. And always hide behind blockers. --> So he can't get 2 cps for guarde, at Partisans etc. When he has strafnkis as well, shot with your sniper on them. You will get fast vet1 and then --> Rip soviet sniper
But yes ike on langres soviet sniper is powerful, when he survived the 222 rush.
