Like it had paper armor, shitty AT , ISU-152 had less pen than SU-85 or even IS-2! Like it was the perfect unit if you want to throw the game away... 1V1s im talking about here. Now isu-152 is overperforming. Needs range reduction. The ISU152 was a great weapon prepatch. Prepatch the ISU152 still wipes out infantry and can take on tanks, the only real counter to ISU is an Elefant. The biggest problem with flanking ISU152s are Soviet mines, and since the ISU has such a long range and a great squad wiping ability the ISU152 can wipe out any pioneer squad that tries to clear out the mines. Therefore, making attacks from German tanks really risky, because if any of the German tanks hits the mines, their engine will get destroyed making them sitting ducks for the ISU. The ISU was great and now it's even worse. In: COH2 Balance

The first shot hits the other shots are just to deny the area from the enemy. It's a good ability, I don't think it's OP. At least it's not a cheap hidden device that constantly wipes squads like Soviet mines, and you can actually see the barrage coming. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: ISU 152 v Elephant11 May 2014, 06:27 AM The Elefant is amazing against tanks but it's shit against infantry, ISU152 is amazing against infantry and great against tanks, which the Elefant is the only answer to ISU152. Now the ISU152 can do a lot of good damage against the Elefant and could possibly win with marked target. If you think that both of these guys are OP then suggest a hulldown option, not a range reduction. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Is random auto match driving u crazy?6 May 2014, 05:01 AM I heard that automatch matches you to your opponents ELO which increases or decreases depending on who you defeat or lost too. However, if you wait in automatch too long the ELO would expand too look for anyone just to find you a game. I haven't confirmed this but since my past experience this seems to be the case. Also keep in mind that every noob player starts out with the average ELO but they have to keep playing games for ELO to determine their skill level. That means that you have a good chance of being matched up with someone who just bought the game. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: ISU-1525 May 2014, 03:50 AM Why did nobody come up with the hulldown idea for the super long range tanks? is it a bad idea? I think it would only be appropriate for the Elefant or ISU152 to require hulldown just like the KV2 or the Hummel from vCoH. Currently the ISU152 can retreat away as fast as the German advance to prevent flanking so pretty much the German tanks have to repeatedly shoot at the ISU152s thick armor and high HP until it dies, or until other Soviet infantry use their miracle nades or buttoning the stop an assault. Before this the German tanks needed to blitzkreig thier way through but even then it was really risky. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Soviet TM 35 Mine1 May 2014, 16:32 PM The funny thing about teller mines is they sometimes don't work at all. Two times I have seen the teller mine got ran over by a tank but the tank suffers no damage. I don't know what Relic did to make it like that but I never seen this kind of stuff happen with Soviet mines. In: COH2 Balance

German's should not pay extra for demo charges it should have it given like Engineers. I said the same for conscript nades a while back. Stuka bomb drop shouldn't be nerfed, the damage it does is weak as it is rarely do I see it destroy a tank. I'd rather see Soviet sniper sprint removed. In: COH2 Balance
