They changed the model on the wc51 because it can't be decrewed anymore. So they probably wanted to do the same for other light vehicles. I personally don't think this is something that needed consistency and just looks bad.

Could we please change back the crew of the flak emplacement and the kübelwagen. The vehicle and ost mg crew models looked fine in imo. The winter volksgrenadier looks especially weird in the kübelwagen. The detection passive ability for the IR StG Obers should also be removed since it has the same position as the reinforce button. Maybe it could be an icon on the portrait.

Veterancy 1 to 3 are now identical, but the OKW Panther still gets added bonuses for vet 4 (scatter bonus) and vet 5 (moving acc bonus and +7 sight when stationary).

The last patch says that OKW Panther is being standardized with its Ostheer counterpart,so they now actually have the same vet bonuces, but the OKW need two more vets than Ostheer to get them? is there still any difference between them?
and where I could find updated units states?
note: currently I can't open the game to check the vets bonuces. |
I think Kubel vet requirements should be decreased, it never reach vet 5 and it is useless in most of the cases in mid/late game.
I think the vet 5 suppression will make it more useful in late game but it is very hard if not impossible to reach vet 5 with Kubel currently. |
I think the ability is unique and mostly fine. It just shouldn't be available constantly. Cost, duration and/or cooldown nerfs would be enough for me. If it could only be used once every ~5 minutes rather than every 2 minutes, the ability would still be great to play into (similar to saving up for a strafe and using it while attacking) while giving the opposing player a better chance to play around it. Hang back / retreat / play safe during the 30-60s it's active, then have at least another 5 minutes to play regularly. Similar to strafes or other global buff abilities.
I'm against removing or heavily adjusting a totally unique ability. In my opinion the game should have (had) more psychological warfare abilities, not fewer. It makes the game more exciting when players can choose to use indirect abilities rather than just brute force.
I totally agree with u,and I am against replacing the ability because of what u said and because more assets and voice lines will be removed for no reason. |
All OKW pintles have different DPS profiles, but are ultimately roughly similar. The Tiger II's pintle however costs 70 munitions to upgrade while all the others cost 50 munitions, despite not necessarily being better.

With the standardization of 0.50 caliber upgrade on USF tanks, are you going to consider the same for KT's mg42 pintle upgrade?
Also, Kubel's repair ability needs to be fixed as it can't remove critical on itself.

There's no reason they couldn't be, I don't think. I don't think there's anything limiting how much one commander "slot" can give you.

Agreed, but there's no commander slots left after replacing it with the Ostwind. Which would be a lot more attractive than the heavy emplacements. So I would consider it a better trade overall.
I thought that both Ostwind and AA flak emplacement could be merged in one ability/slot like Heavy Air defences for example, but if this is impossible then yes Ostwind is a better trade. |
