There is a 10% chance to hit infantry of target size of 1 when penals are vet3. 15% at close range. Both PTRS rifles at close range at vet3 have little over ONE DPS against target size of 1, at far range its less then 0,5 DPS. SO we are going to ignore the fact penals have 4 svt's +70% acc from vet. Did you ever even try to fight axis mainlines with vetted ptrs penals???? If you did you would not have this opinion. Multiple squads vs 1 unupgraded, well, where are more of your squads then? Oh yeah, Try fighting vet3 ptrs penals vs vet5 stg volks from mid-long, see who wins. For some reason people thing ptrs penals are terrible at fighting infantry. But my experience says they are not. vet3 ptrs penals can still beat vet 3 lmg grens from close. In: COH2 Gameplay

SVT cons beat stg volks at all ranges despite costing less, PPSh penals beat even 6 man a grens and mp40 stromtroopers, In what way is that too much??? 2. That's not helpful either because when you know enemy will make heavy TD. Yeah but The isu docs have shocks/guards that helps you early game. None of the ele doc have that. In: COH2 Balance

Your post claims airborne weapons are good, but you want them even "better". Thats not a healthy balance idea m8 I mean it's great for cons, but not for anything else. PPSh penals sounds like a great idea but it's not. They don get vet as fast + not having short range nade/smoke hampers them. So change to how it works for penal and ab guards would be nice. The whole consensus of the svt cons being OP is something I don't wanna get to. The thing is PPSH for penals doesn't work. Sure they shred infantry. Not even axis cqc's can stand up to them but it's a huge sacrifice for their svt's which are strong at all ranges. also since they have no nades it kinda make's the shock penals kinda not as useful. Also AB guards in the commander get them for free and they have nades and smoke. Also AB guards can't really use these drops either. So here is an idea for the change. 1. Increase the cost to 60 muni(i would want to make cons get 5 svt's but everyone thinks they are OP) 2. Give penals a dp28 with these upgrade with button ability 3. Give AB guards 3x PTR's wit at volley ability In: COH2 Gameplay

Cavalry Riflemen have to pay that just for a single satchel. USF or UKF doesn't have anything even close to that cost effective. You have to pay 150 MP, 15 fuel, retreat back to your base, pay another 120 munitions just to give your infantry a chance against LMG42 Grens and Panzergrens as it is. Geee.... Only if ost was allowed to spend 140 munis to win against your infantry with 120 muni upgrades. Also commando Brens are almost as strong as Ober MG34's(about 2dps less at all ranges) for 45 munis. So don't talk about how ukf doesn't have anything that cost efficient. In: COH2 Balance
