Nvidia cards tend to be more expensive, but use less power (if your bills are an issue) and have less problems.
ATI cards are cheaper and simpler, but try to make up on performance by using more electricity and generating more heat. I also had lots of weird problems with my last ATI card.
Either way, try to get one with 4GB of VRAM.
im sorry, but this is not really a good advice. yes, AMD cards use more power, but heat is not a problem with a good custom design.
the big advantages of AMD are: more power for the money, driversupport is said to be better for older cards. furthermore the gtx 970 is just a big fraud and should not be rcommended, as the faulty RAM causes microlags already at 1080p for some games and this will become an even bigger problem for more games in the future.
dont get me wrong, nvidia has some good cards, but the only card that is worth it is the 980ti, otherwise go for AMD
i personally would wait for the new generation to get a new card. if not go for a good custom r9 380 |

Ever since I reported less drops in post #540 or something like that, I've still been getting less than I remembered getting before the patch mentioned in the post...

as slayer already wrote, it does exactly that. it just start a game after 30, 60 or 120 minutes
5) When I start the script I notice that he automatically starts a game. I once let him play for 30 minutes and he also quit the game and started a new one. Yet the ONLY war spoil I ever received was after coming home, turning the monitor back on again and pressing the "Auto Victory Now" button myself to end the round.
Where is the error? I'd love to finally get some spoils myself but it just ain't working.
PS: I've seen there's an "war spoils alpha" going on now. Any chance they are trying to "fix" this little way of farming war soils we've got here or will it be a serious improvement to the rather bad system we got right now? What do you guys think?
if it plays a game and restarts another one, it does not seem to be a problem of the script. is it at the same point after you get back from farming? if you have obersever mode on, could you try and see from the account of your freind, whether it still plays after 6 hours? if yes, try again, if it wasnt just bad luck. if no, its either still windows related or the script would need to be modfied to send a signal to the pc more often
and their "fix" is surely a fix to this script. whether it is a real fix, hmm lets see. dont expect too much

I did exactly what you said but after about 6 games no War Spoil or XP obtained, i'm beginning to lose hope... Am I doing something wrong? are you shre it ran for 6 games? If yes, you were either offline of just had bad luck.
I think they will make it impossible to farm for it. That is why I am farming as mad as we speak 
if they introduce something like trading or crafting you should have enough to craft everything  but I'm slightly worried that they will fuck it up
For some reason my drop rate really slowed down. Now I only get one bulletin per 8 hours though week or two ago I could get 3-4 bulletins + a commander. well, I haven't farmed in the last week, so I don't know. But another person has already reported that, so it might be true. Maybe it's part of the closed alpha....... If so they made a great job on the communication |
Okay this might come obviously to most people but for some people having issues, if your computer goes into sleep mode OR into screen savor mode it pauses the game.
was this the problem? if you are offline insteam, you probably wont get drops, if you are offline only to your friends you might get warspils, but im not sure.

Yes, you can. Autovictory works on all maps, so I guess it works on Pepperidge Farm too.

Is it possible Relic changed the buttons? If I run the script in administrator mode, goes into the middle of the screen, then just a little bit below that. Then it just sits there.

yep, i also getting a lot of "common" (and dupes ofc) bulletins and some rare for brits. Pity that i dont need them.
well, that is the nature of farming. i have the captain veterancy bulletin for USF nine times... desperately waiting for trading or something like that ^^
