it happens when you hit retreat during a 'reaction'. A reaction happens when some kind of explosion or flame burst goes off near your infantry. They will ignore your retreat order and duck for cover. I don't know if it's a bug or not. Just keep spamming the button. |

removing its suppression would leave OKW with no non-doctrinal early game suppression of any kind at all. Seems like a bad idea. |

the PE AT grenade was the ONLY anti-vehicle 'skill shot' in CoH, and that is precisely why that faction also had access to treadbreak. |

If you think about it, losing 100% of the vehicle crew and 0% of the riflemen is kind of like a 0.5 chance. I think it's intentional. It still rewards getting out in time by saving the crew. |

I think it's fine. Changing the munitions cost won't really make any difference, people will still do it unless it becomes something ridiculous.
The cooldown is extremely long. They won't be able to do it twice.
Making it doctrinal would make vehicle crews totally useless for anything other than standard repairs. Where's the fun in that? |
