Too bad brits do not have any indirect early/mid-game so you can btfo them again and again with stuka and leig parked near medHQ and brits have no way of actually responding to this.

Main problem with soviets in team games is exactly same as USF - no matter which tech path you choose at start of game you're screwed.
If you go for support weapons your cons will be slaughtered by Volks and your support weapons will destroyed by stuka eventually.
If you go for Penals - OST teammate will force you into sniper to deal with MGs and PTRS package to protect said sniper from LV... which in turn makes Penals useless at fighting with Volksblob, which makes makes going T1 pointless in first place. You're basically screwed no matter what unless its full OKW or full OST team |
I just played with Tactical Support Regiment. Aside of 150 munition vickers/6pdr bundle this commander is pretty useless.
Not only that but "Forward HQ" or whatever it's called is actually bugged.
Once it's destoyed you cant make another one and I'm pretty sure you cant make two of them at the same time. So if you lose one you're bummed.

German Infantry doctrine revamp
CP 0 - Ambush camouflage
CP 0 - Goliath [can be built from HQ]
CP 2 - G43 rifles
CP 2 - Urban PanzerGrenadiers [Pgrens with flamethrower]
CP 6 - Luftwaffe incendiary bombing
Early game infantry based doctrine focused on ambushing enemy on urban maps and flushing them from the buildings/fortifications later on |
PPSh are not braindead, they are useless on open maps and come in doctrines, meaning you need to make a choice of picking doctrine first, and doctrine you pick is reliant on map
Literally noone just autolocks doctrine with PPSh and spams them like STG Volks |
Allies have repair abilities because their tanks are flat out inferior to Axis tanks in direct combat, powerful non-doctrinal endgame tanks and smoke/camo combined with repair abilities would be flat out retarded, as if Axis ALREADY does not dominate allies in 1v1 and it gets even worse for team games |
What ally smoke? Soviets do no have smoke at all. USF only has Sherman smoke and that can hardly be used as getaway tool. Brits have ninja smoke on their armored car but thats it.
Meanwhile entire ostheer roster has it, plus camo and smoke on lots of OKW vehicles |
They are usable through smoke because otherwise Panzer Tactician will become even more broken than it currently is.

How are PTRS and Arty barrage are related to Lend Lease in any way?
Stuff like P47 Strafe, Thompsons/Piats for Assault Guards, M2HB/57mm gun Airdrop make far more sense then random abilities for doctrine that supposed to be about allied support for SU |
Sherman with HE ammo does better job vs infantry, plus it has AP rounds.
This thing does not wipe anything when it hits, misses anything that moves and useless against tanks.
Why would you build it when you can just build Scott which does the same thing from longer range or just switch your Sherman to HE rounds |
