Neither Churchill nor FF has an inflated POP.
Oh yes they do. None of these TDs should have a POP exceeding 14 and none of the heavier stock armor should exceed 18. |
Voted yes to all; it seems like a solid set of ideas to me, at least on paper.
1. The M10 becoming non-doc just makes sense. It gives USF an intermediate AT solution that they desperately need. However, the M10 couldn't be implemented with its current stats; right now it's balanced as a single doc-locked call-in, not as a default unit. It would probably need a price increase or something.
2. This is a good solution to where the M36 should go, in terms of teching, and it prevents the USF T4 from having two rows of icons in some cases.
3. Once all this happens, the M36 needs to become a dedicated heavy-counter, rather than the "everything on tracks" counter. Otherwise, this just delays the current issue, rather than fixing it. The M10 would need to have a reason to exist after the M36 was unlocked, which it wouldn't, without M36 changes.
The M10 doesn't have a reason to exist now and it hasn't for a couple of years. It only makes sense being part of the Brit Lend-Lease Commander.
I don't understand the continued crying ahout this unit...oh wait I do. The OKW mains bitched and moaned to get it's armor nerfed and the balance team caved so now there is going to even more bitching and moaning until its just an expenisve M10. |
What are the stats for those squads? I charged sturm pios (we ran straight for each other) with thomson upgraded cavalry riflemen and I got demolished.
Only Thompson Paras are a match for Panzergrens. Strums are basically the samething as Panzergrens but are a little bit weaker and yeah they'll demolish everything you have early on. Cavalry Riflmen Riflmen don't work as a CQB unit because they are way too squishy/weak. They work okay in a halftrack or WC51. |
Stop using tanks against tank destroyers.
Will help instantly.
A very simple concept the Axis mains cannot comprehend. |
It was. It isn't anymore because it's broken no paths at all in AA anymore
Why is that broken? Because it was an ability USF had? JLI do it, literally everyone else can do that. |
I think the two ez mode factions have more than enough "useful units". |
Besides the airborne they come with? How much do you need to keep up?
Look I play plenty of ez mode verion 1, I know how eazy it is to kick hell out of lame ass Riflemen and use USF's pathetic tech tree against them. With USF you've got easily the worst starting game of any faction, nothing to work with. Riflemen? A mortar? LOL. The funny thing is as bad as Riflmen are and as easy as they are to counter, Pathfinders are even worse. But of course they cost 290 MP for unknown reasons. |
Yay. More ez mode durable infantry.. Very very very exciting.... That'll add more flavor for sure.
US Riflemen are inferior to what's available to OKW and OST. You need an elite infantry unit to keep up. |
Just like the small mortar will get away with 2/6 men. To do the math for you: 6-2=4 models dead and can still retreat, 5-1=4 omg! They can retreat after losing the exact same models!! Craaaazy!
My math says 5-4 on a 120mm mortar is B.S. compared to 4-2 on an 81mm mortar which begs the question why is this even a thing? |
1cp)pathfinder : reduce cooldown the M1c garand and add camo bonus(+15% accuracy, 4s), add flare mine
2cp)paratroopers : 5 man sqaud, if paratrooper squad get Thompson upgrade, squad will be 6-man sqaud, 380mp -> 340mp
timed explosive charge muni cost 45 ->30
weapon drop is same
12cp) P-47 strike muni cost 240 -> 200
This is kinda what I think. Make Pathfinders CP1 for 300 MP and a 5th man. |
