Thread: Buff Ostwind28 Oct 2018, 06:44 AM If the the ostwind get an aa buff others needs to get an aa nerf. Because both axis already have a very large aa umbrella. The 222 and the pintle mounted mg42,s from p4 p5 brumbar tiger king tiger are all decent at aa. Those pintles are a no brainer in nearly every case. This is the reason for the ostwind sucking at aa imo. Also compared to the aa halftracks it has good armour and compared to centaur its fast. In: COH2 Balance

Maximns littre the field late game mg42,s do not. For obvious reasons. Maxim cant effectivly supress, doesnt do great damage, smaller arc, usseles vet abiliy, mobilty was nerfed. Deathloop. Where is your at gun in this scenario? Or other at options such as snares and shrecks? Only if your squad is completly isolated does this scenario apply. 90 muni on a obvious location on the map capable off wiping 1 of your 4 infantry squads in an instant wich needs a second click. Is no excuse not to sweep and clear or avoid once detected. In: COH2 Balance

I don’t think it’d be gamebreaking so much as less frustrating and cheesy to make tellers not OHK 60-70 fuel light vehicles. IMO it’d be fair if it left the vehicle with engine damage and enough health to die to a faust. Despite the fact that it’s much easier to sweep for tellers, losing a light in the midgame to tellers is much worse than losing one of your six infantry squads to a demo. And demos have been nerfed so hard that you’d have to be senile to walk over one with infantry (they literally get countered by a moving and due to small arms) because people said it was cheesy and stupid to lose a squad to one click. You don’t even have to click on a teller to detonate it. I could not have said it better myself. In: COH2 Balance

If your mg got deathlooped it means it got either flanked or assaulted, it only bothers you because you deathloop a 6 man mg, instead of the mg42 wich has only 4 man. 0HKs are tough but as someone said earlier, its a mistake to drive a light into a minefield... now thats clearly whining... Almost all axis infantry can throw their grenade frontaly before the maxim can supress them. There is only paper and siccor with the maxim, the maxim being the paper. The smaller arc low suppression allow it to be flanked more easely then most other mgs. Because all other mg,s except soviet ones can teleport on retreat soviet mgs are way more easely wiped. Needing to pick it up every time the model carrying it is killed.... Severly limiting their supposed extreme durabilty. Mg42/43 vickers .50 cals mostly get away in situations maxims do not. 2x 80 hp does not in anyway make up for so much negatives. And putting any squad on a demo is also a mistake..... same with driving over a teller mine..... Nobody is whyning but some people are being hypocritical in defending ohk tellers and defending the demo nerf. In: COH2 Balance

Finaly some one with a reasonable argument involving tellers and demo,s. Imo the price of demo,s needed to go up to 120 mun minimum. That was the only nerf required imo. That or an engineer being within a certain range. Not making it more visible then a moving and cloaked at gun, not being able to put it on cap points. While cheaper it is nearly useless now. I agree with the 99% hp damage idea on the teller. It incentivises follow up play and not no brain placement. If that wont go, give it the demo treatment. No placing on roads and being visible to any and all infantry units. Ow and make the price 30 muni to soften such a nerf, but making it effectivy useless. This last bit is a joke ofcourse. Thread: Do volks need some nerf? If so, how?26 Sep 2018, 07:32 AM They are cheap durable long range infantry with a low cost high impact (no brainer) upgrade. They have quite a bit of utility as well. Snaring sandbags anti garrison salvage selfheal with vet. I do not want to nerf their preformance but their cost needs to be inline with their preformance. They should be 260/270mp to train. The stg,s need to be made more expensive or more expensive to get to. That or need a trade off. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Soviet Mortar Flare11 Sep 2018, 06:13 AM The soviet mortar vets really slowly. Its flare costs 40 muni per use. It shoots 1 flare. Unlike certain commander abilities, wich give a lote more flares over a much bigger area, for not much more muni as i recall. Defenitly not free, not a maphack, and not better then any other scout or vsion ability out there. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Fix Penals8 Jun 2018, 16:38 PM Dont fix what aint broken. Penals are fine at the moment. They are far from unbeatable. If you get caught with the at satchel or the normal satchal, its mostly on you. You were basicly sleeping. Those abilities barely score any kills because of their range and very long timer. Grens volks obers can all upgrade for better at long range. Penals cant, try to keep your distance. Penals lost sprint you know. In: COH2 Balance
