When the update came out, I had 5-15 FPS. Without any changes, verifications, redownloads, setting tinkering. After 2 hours of sitting idly downloading a thing (not P***), the FPS was back to silky smooth 60. Played a 37 minute game of 3v3 on Rheine vs 3 Experts. The FPS dropped only a couple of times in a game. I must say, for me, the performance increase is HUGE, after that initial FPS. Don't know what changed, that the game decided that the GPU/CPU are strong enough to run it... thankfully, it did change.
Ok.... I have noticed that I no longer have 15 FPS, VSYNC ON or OFF.... Literally nothing has changed. I was testing, 5-15 FPS in about ten games that lasted 5-10 minutes until they became unplayable. Left the computer running idle while I went to cook lunch. 2 hours later, went on with the VSYNC test. Found that VSYNC ON was purrfect. Smooth as butter. Turned VSYNC back OFF and it was still smooth.
For God knows what reason, after the update and about 10-12 hours in, the game was unplayable. After that, the game was playable with VSYNC ON and highest settings rather than lowest. Now it's smooth all the way, from lowest to highest. Why? I literally cannot tell. Maybe the engine wants to synchronize the FPS with the server or sth and the servers were overloaded...don't know, I really don't know how their engine is written. As of this writing, the FPS is smooth sailing.

All settings on their max value (All, including AA and physics, 1080p):
1) VSYNC "ON": min 39.06 max 60.40 avg 50.98
VSYNC "OFF": min 39 max 90 avg 56
2) Mixed settings with AA and Physics turned OFF and rest is on High.
VSYNC "ON": min 36 max 60 avg 50
VSYNC "OFF": min 35 max 91 avg 56
While I consider the Performance test a poor indicator of..well... performance, I have noticed in-game that it's much much smoother and there are no stutters and framerate drops as the game progresses, in 3v3! no less.
I don't know. I have never and probably will never own a mac.
Thank you for telling us that. We absolutely needed to know that. What kind of a putz do you have to be to be so daft that you "answer" a question with "don't know...." like the question was meant for you?
Unfortunately the efforts to fix Vilshanka didn't make it any better. I just had a game where I had at least 3 cases of the UI bug, including one case where my Volksgrenadiers received my King Tiger's command panel.
Be happy my friend. This is what the enemy sees in terror. Ubermenschen Volksgranadiers.
Put all settings on HIGHEST and turn V-sync ON. V-sync OFF = 5-15 FPS
The lower the settings, the worse the performance xD
Congratz Relic on making history. Never thought I'd see a game which performs worse the uglier it is. I hope you fix it in the future hotfixes and/or updates.
Horrible FPS on all maps/modes that is not tied to graphical quality level.
3v3 starts with 60 (used to start with 70 FPS), and within half a minute drops to 15 FPS which then stutters with drops to 1-2 FPS.
Average FPS in a 20 minute game is 7-11 FPS.
Compared to 32bit: Average FPS in a 3v3 game (30min+) is around 30 later on.

Lobby takes up to a minute to load.
Sandbags disappear if not placable.
3v3 vs Expert AI: Whiteball express (praise the makers of this map again), Rheine and Steppes.
All 3 maps played with average 9 FPS
Starts off with 50-60 FPS
Within one minute, the FPS drops to 15
AVG FPS Whiteball: 9 FPS (20 minutes played)
Rheine: 11 FPS (20 minutes)
Steppes: 7 FPS (10 minutes played)
Tried verifying the cache.
Tinkering with GPU settings in Radeon Settings
Low/Medium/High/VHigh all yield the same FPS
All that equals a piece of new code that just won't sit with my rig.
EDIT: Compared to 32 bit. The usual 3v3 game starts off with around 70-80 FPS. Steadily drops as the game progresses to around 30-40 but with stutter based on arty (drops to 10-20 FPS for a couple of seconds)
EDIT 2: Tried deleting all cache folders, .dat, .logs. I have playback disabled (disabled write in that folder so no replays are being written to save CPU time). Doubt that has anything to do with piss poor FPS.
EDIT 3: As soon as I click pause during the 9FPS gameplay, the FPS skyrockets to 60. Will test around tomorrow. Night
