You make no sense. You only compare USF to UKF, a faction that they will never play against. You have to look at the balance within all 5 factions, especially in regard to the Germans, since they would face this new Sherman - not the Brits.
With the brits it was one exablei wanna add the sherman 6 mm gun so USF can have something to counter for exable jackson goes toe to toe with a stug sherman with p4 and perhing with heavier what i am trying to proof is tthe 75 mm gun its good penetration but i want USF to have the best medium tank cuz USF has their tank desoryer really low on health so i think they deserv the bestnon commander medoium tank and lets ballance it to get the upgrade you need to unclock all captains |

If you want to start insulting people you're more than welcome to but please backup your comments with some facts. IS are not meant to trade equal with Rifles because the allies are not balanced to fight each other. That's a custom game feature the game is not balanced around. Brits are OP currently, that doesn't mean buff all allies to OP state like brits. Brits were barely touched in the recent patch due to scope and will be addressed probably in the next patch. I don't see what you're asking. USF AI power is more than sufficient currently. Giving them a stronger unit would just make them unbalanced. no brits are unballance spamming comets and infrantry section heavy cover. And riflemen lose vs nfrantry section at heavy cover and cromwell beats sherman and brits have better AT and better enginnerrs so think before you talk. |
P4 isn't intended for infantry only. It's AI power is less than HE sherman, t34 series and cromwell prior to upgrade and still less than the HE sherman after. OKW doesn't have a designated AI medium non doc unit which is an issue they suffer from lategame. Ostheer has the flakpanzer which is its AI medium. Panther is to expensive for OKW currently because of callin meta and the Ostheer panther is a joke in itself. Regural sherman is slower than the sherman 76 mm gun and can crush better than even cromwell why dont you need a better sherman |
USF are aggressive because their infantry moving accuracy debuff is not that significant and BARs work well on the move plus rifles are mid-close range effective. Yes the 76mm can deal with a p4, but that doesn't justify it being added non doctrinally. If that were the case OKW and Ostheer would have no chance using standard P4s and be forced into tank destroyers as their first tank. Limiting their AI capabilities to infantry and indirect. thats why germans have panthers and p4 is for infrantry cuz p4 has more HE sheels so yeah wanna me and you make a mod that we will only add the 76 m mgun upgrade NOTHING else to be fair and ballance |
I think exactly what a previous poster has thought. The unit will either not be used or the 75mm sherman will not be used since they're in the same role. No, I don't believe it will help the USF a lot because it wouldn't fill a role not already filled by the USF armor. They already have a jack of all trades tank. USF is a naturally aggressive faction, so playing defensive with them is just against faction design and proves difficult. what USF aggresive they are and for attackiong and for defending soviets are aggresive faction thats why they have such powerful tanks and take hit after hit and after hit and USF sherman 76 mm gun not only it will kil p4 100% but it will have a lot more chances penetration panthers front armor from mid and nnear range |
Jacksons outrange all axis tanks except JP4 JT and elephant IIRC. You won't see a JT or elephant in 1v1 either. Jackson are micro intensive but if your skill is up there you can keep your jacksons away from axis tanks and chipping at them. Especially against heavies. Yes but dont oyu think the sherman 76 mm gun will help USF a lot USF has no options like brits brits have all options like go defensive or mobility comet or churchil USF at least an upgrade |
